Qualia has acquired Adeptive Software, developers of the ResWare title and escrow production platform.
Superior, CO, (December 21, 2020) – Today is an exciting day for our customers, partners, and the rest of the Adeptive community. Qualia has acquired Adeptive Software.
Since starting Adeptive nearly 20 years ago, it’s been our mission to provide exceptional software and services to the title and escrow industry through our core product, ResWare. Over this time, we have built enterprise-class software used by some of the nation’s largest underwriters and title and escrow companies. Along the way, we’ve built a host of integrations with partners and collaborators as well.
Together, with your partnership and insights, we’ve been able to strengthen the industry and move toward our goal of making the real estate transaction easier for all involved. Today, we collectively take another huge step along that path.
For the past few years, the teams at Adeptive and Qualia have been working separately towards improving the real estate transaction experience for the homebuyer alongside our respective customers. By coming together, our teams will be able to further accelerate real estate’s digital transformation.
We understand that acquisitions can be exciting and that they also raise questions.
