Evolving Systems

As part of Evolving Systems' re-branding, their website was redesigned in its entirety. Like many companies, Evolving Systems wanted more direct control over their website content, but they did not want to employ a full-time webmaster.

To meet these needs, Adeptive developed an easy-to-use, web-based publishing system. The system employs a simple "Wiki-like" markup that allows even novice users to develop web content. Adeptive worked with Evolving's creative partner, webStepOne, to integrate the publishing system into the look-and-feel of the new site.

Once the publishing system was in place, the content from the old site was migrated to the new site in just a few hours. The system, developed in ASP.NET, allows Evolving to add/remove users, control individual users' access to pieces of the publishing system, preview changes, and make updates to the live site.

By using the publishing system developed by Adeptive, Evolving Systems has simultaneously improved their website and decreased overall costs associated with managing the site.
