Interactivate, a California-based online marketing firm, found themselves in need of additional "horsepower" to meet a deliverable obligation to their client, Duxford Financial. Adeptive took an existing loan survey/application engine and enhanced it to deliver results to the client via secured email.

Duxford Financial’s loan application data resides in a database, from which it is transformed into the "Fannie Mae Format." This information is then encrypted and emailed to the client. Upon receipt, the client imports the file directly into their loan application software.
Adeptive did a significant amount of research on the Fannie Mae Format, as well as researching other, more direct routes to import data into the client's system. Although there are more efficient ways to handle the information, the system vendor was not interested in an integrated solution, so Adeptive settled on the email-based solution.
Through thorough analysis of the existing system, Adeptive was able to uncover several inefficiencies and errors. By working with Adeptive, the client was able to get these problems fixed.
Through the combination of working with the client’s existing vendor and developing a new application for the client, Adeptive was able to create extensive financial and operational improvements for Duxford Financial.
