Business Process Analysis
To ensure the full potential of ResWare™ is realized, Adeptive's business analysts can examine existing business practices and configure ResWare™ to work most effectively. One of the core features of ResWare™ is action lists; they define tasks that need to happen on each customer file. Action lists can be specific to clients and "business uses" (destination versus departure, for example). Designing these lists takes a core understanding and analysis of both the existing and desired future business process flows within a company.

Template Creation / Conversion
ResWare™ has the ability to merge information with Word and Excel documents. In order to use this powerful feature, Word or Excel documents that you use today and any new documents you want to create will be edited to include ResWare™ merge fields. Although this is a straightforward process, it can be time consuming. Adeptive offers assistance with identifying documents that are appropriate for conversion and can perform the conversion process for you.

Custom Modifications
Adeptive recognizes that ResWare™ may not meet every business need out of the box. Our business analysts and engineers work closely with you to determine if there is additional required functionality that may be necessary to ensure your business is operating at full efficiency.

Data Migration
If your company is migrating from an existing software platform, Adeptive's engineers can assist with the data migration process. The existing package will be carefully scrutinized to determine what pieces of information can be reliably migrated to ResWare™. Desired information to migrate often includes:
  • Core information (dates, partner contacts, and employees).
  • Secondary information (financial data, property information, buyer/seller information).
  • Partner company and employee contacts (names, contact information, employee-to-company relationships).
  • Documents and correspondence attached to customer files.

Once information has been migrated, Adeptive can help "scrub" the data to eliminate or merge duplicate files and partners, as well as perform analysis for improper information to ensure that you are going live with a clean system.

Accounting System Integration
ResWare™ has the ability to communicate with an existing or newly installed third-party accounting system. ResWare™ can push information to the accounting system (such as check and invoice requests), and pull information from the accounting system (such as check status and invoice payments). Adeptive business process analysts and engineers can help you get the most out of this mission-critical integration point.

Web Site Integration
Partners, clients, and buyers/sellers can access their information through ResWare's™ Web site interface (extranet). The ResWare™ extranet can be tied into your company's existing Web site through a login page. You may also want to consider revamping your existing Web site to roll out a new, integrated "look and feel."

Desktop Software Installation
With large installations, Adeptive can work with your company's IT staff to plan and execute the installation of ResWare™ and any other required components on all desktops. Software for remote machine analysis can also be installed to assist with potential problem resolution.

Training
Although ResWare™ is very intuitive to use, some training for both normal employees and administrators is recommended. Upfront training has many benefits:
  • It makes the employees comfortable with the software change.
  • It answers questions about the software and changing business processes.
  • It gets all employees on a level playing field and encourages interaction.
  • It points out features of the software that will make employees more productive.
  • It ensures everyone is prepared for the rollout, facilitating a smooth transition with minimal ramp-up.

We have found that pre-training several "power users" is also useful. These employees receive training first, which helps anticipate potential areas of concern for other employees. The power users also receive administration training, to get a full understanding of the capabilities and customizations that can be made within the software.

In some cases, job-specific training may also be appropriate, if your company is segmented into different business use areas (for example, settlement services versus property management).

Monitoring and Ongoing Support
Once ResWare™ is live, Adeptive is still there for you. Adeptive provides ongoing monitoring on ResWare™ and other mission-critical business services as part of the maintenance agreement. Our ongoing support ensures that you never miss a beat and are always using leading edge technology to stay ahead of competitors.
