ResWare™ Features: Partner-facing Website
Clients and partners can have access to information 24x7. Partners have access to orders where they are listed as a partner. They can view information, leave notes, and download and upload documents. By making information available via the website, phone calls from partners are significantly reduced. Clients can also have online order submission enabled, allowing them to submit new orders via the website.

Employees of partners and clients, as well as transferees, can be given a username and password to access their files via the ResWare™ website. In addition, text on each user's welcome page can be customized per partner. |
| File Search |
When a user logs in, he can view recent files or search for files where his company has been added as a partner. |
| File View |
When a user views a file, they are only shown portions of the file to which they have been granted access. Users can be granted access to view partner information, notes, documents, property payments, actions, and settlement information. |
| Note/Document Attachment |
Users can add notes and documents to files to which they have access. Notifications of new items are sent to coordinators on the file. |
| Order Entry |
Clients can be allowed to enter new orders on the website. All orders entered are queued for approval before regular users are allowed to edit them. |
