ResWare™ Features: Settlement

ResWare™ has all the necessary modules to facilitate real estate closings as well as produce HUD Settlement Statements

Settlement Entry	This component facilitates performing a real estate closing as well as producing a HUD Settlement Statement.
QuickBooks Integration	ResWare™ is integrated with QuickBooks for seamless accounting integration. Settlement entry and status is available to employees without needing direct access to QuickBooks.
Settlement screen locking	Only employees with the "Settlement Editor" role enabled are allowed to edit the settlement/HUD screens. Other employees have view-only access to the screens. In addition, an employee with the "Settlement Lock" role enabled can "lock" the settlement screens into a read-only mode for all employees.
Loan Information	Employees can record information about loans, including loan amount, rate, broker, lender, sales price, escrow amount, commissions, and referral fees. A commission calculator is available to calculate commission percentages and amounts.
