ResWare™ Features: Searching and Reporting
ResWare™ has several interfaces that allow employees to search for information. In addition, standard reports are available to gather important business-related information and statistics.
| Partner Search |
Employees can search for partners by company name, abbreviation, partner type, employee names, location, and ability of a partner to do business in a given county. |
| Partner Rolodex |
An employee does not need to have a customer file open to search through the partner list, saving time by limiting "context-switching." |
| File Search |
Employees can search for customer files in a variety of ways such as file number, client, status, team, coordinator, opening and closing dates, property address, partner, transferee name, and office. |
| Action Item™ Search |
Employees can search for action items in a variety of ways, such as file status, action name, office, team, coordinator, due dates, and closing dates. This powerful interface gives both employees and managers the ability to keep track of what needs to get done. |
| Audit Trail |
All customer files contain an audit trail that tracks actions that have taken place on a customer file. The audit trail is available as a record of "who did what and when." |
| Reporting |
The following reports are standard in ResWare™: Order Summary, Customer Inventory, Monthly Reports, Report Card, HUD Report, Balance Audit, Trial Balance, 1099 Report, and Property Payment Receivables. |
