ResWare™ Features: Document and Note Repository

Documents can be scanned and attached to customer files within ResWare™. ResWare™ also has the ability to attach documents that are created via document templates.

All notes and email messages that are sent from within ResWare™ are attached to the appropriate customer file as well. Incoming email messages that have a valid file number in the subject line can be automatically attached to the specified customer file. ResWare™ becomes the central repository for all documents and communication regarding each customer file.

Document attachment	Any type of document can be attached to a customer file, classified into one of several categories, marked as "Internal Only" (not viewable on the website) and described. Files can then be sent via email or fax, reclassified, viewed (both within the application and through the website) or removed.
Note attachment	Users can add notes at any time to a customer file. Notes can be marked as "Internal Only" (not viewable on the website). Notes can be sent via email or fax and can be viewed (both within the application and through the website) or removed.
Send notes/documents	Notes and documents can be sent from the application to partners, internal users, entire teams, or any email address or fax number. The system keeps track of when notes and documents were sent, who sent them, and to whom they were sent.
Notes views	Users can view the entire contents of all notes or a compressed "summary view" to quickly scan through notes.
Incoming email attachments	This component allows anybody outside the office to send an email to your office with the customer file number in the subject line, and the email will automatically attach to the correct customer file.
