ResWare™ Features: Property Payments
If you manage properties, you can pay bills for that property through ResWare™. For example, when you need to make an HOA payment or pay a Broker bill, ResWare™ interfaces with your accounting system for easy distribution and reconciliation of checks. In addition, ResWare™ can generate invoices for payment reimbursement.
| Payment Entry |
This component allows you to issue property-specific checks and manage reimbursement of payments. Employees can add new payments, and void or view existing payments. Each payment's amount, current status, check number, invoice number, and issue date are displayed. In addition, the entire payment ledger's balance can be viewed. Employees cannot mark a customer file as being closed until the ledger is in balance. |
| QuickBooks Integration |
ResWare™ is integrated with QuickBooks for seamless accounting integration. Payment entry and status is available to employees without needing direct access to QuickBooks. |
| Invoicing |
Once a payment has been entered, it can be invoiced. Invoices can be created, printed, voided, and paid. |
