ResWare™ Features: Home Page
Each employee's home page is his or her central "dashboard" for their work activities. This page is unique, displaying tasks that the employee needs to complete, the status of faxes he has sent, and more. The home page helps to organize and focus the employee on the tasks that need to be completed.
| Fax log |
Employees can see the current status and log of faxes recently sent on their home page, allowing them to quickly see if a fax has been delayed or failed, avoiding frustration for both employees and fax recipients. |
| Recently accessed customer files |
Employees can view and open recently accessed customer files directly from their home page, allowing them to move quickly between files. |
| Links |
Links can be displayed on the employee's home page to non-ResWare™ information, such as phone lists, health insurance information, and important web sites. |
| File Summary |
Employees can view a summary of any customer file, even if it is being edited by another employee or is cancelled or closed. The summary contains all pertinent information, including dates, actions, notes, documents, partner contacts and payments |
| File status |
Each customer file can be assigned a current "Status", including Pending, Open, Trouble Low, Trouble Medium, Trouble High, Closed, Cancelled, and Fall-thru. Each status can be assigned a specific color that visually notifies employees of possible trouble areas. The color is reflected in the employee's home page action list as well as on each file's status bar. |
| Actions Due |
The employee's actions that must be accomplished today are displayed on their home page. The employee can filter actions to view just their own actions, or their team's actions. The employee can mark actions as being completed directly from the home page, without having to edit the customer file. |
