There are several efficiency-improving features that are available throughout ResWare™.

Users are always within a single click of frequently-used features such as: document and note attachment, partner search, create new customer file, save or close current file, reports, file search, and action search. |
| Multiple offices |
ResWare™ can support multiple offices, and multiple levels of access to each office. |
| Familiar tabbed interface |
The ResWare™ interface uses tabs, a mechanism familiar to users of other standard Windows applications. Significant development time went into making the application as user-friendly as possible. |
| Teams |
Employees can be segmented into "Teams". This makes the team aware of tasks that other members need to accomplish, creating a more team-oriented work environment. |
| Spell check |
Spell check is available on both notes and legal descriptions. |
| File locking |
When an employee is editing a customer file, it is locked -- other employees can view the file's summary and attach notes and documents, but cannot edit the file, preserving data integrity. |
| Online help |
Help is available within the application for use by employees after training has been completed. |
| Access roles |
The system contains over 25 different roles to enable/disable employee access to various features and portions of the system. |
| Fax integration |
This component allows the employee to select if they would like to send a note or document to somebody outside of the office to be received as a fax. Also, the fax confirmations are shown on the homepage of ResWare™. Fax integration can be done with Castelle fax servers, any SMTP fax gateway, or eFax. |
| XML integration with partners |
A customized XML component can be created to facilitate two-way partner integration. Partners can create new orders, and information can be sent between the two parties (such as closing office, status information, and final billing figures). |
| Self Administration |
For companies with their own internal IT staff, access can be provided to allow administrators to modify action lists, office information, users, partner types, teams, templates, and more. |
