| Action List™ Definition |
Action Items™ and Action Lists™ can be defined, modified, and disabled. This powerful interface gives administrators the flexibility of creating Action Lists™ that are customer and business-type specific. Action Lists™ can easily be modified as business needs change.

| Document Types and Templates |
An administrator can add document types, create new Word and Excel templates, define document "packages", and organize templates into categories.

| Internal Users |
Internal users can be added, modified, and disabled. The administrative interface gives precision control over user access to various features, such as the ability to modify settlement information, cut checks, void checks, create invoices, and more.

| Business Information |
Address and contact information about the business and offices can be modified at will. In addition, email footers can be attached to all outgoing email messages. |
| Homepage Links |
A set of links can appear on every employee's home page. These links typically point to external resources, such as websites regarding benefits, client websites, or other useful industry information. Links can be added, removed and modified through an administrative interface.

Employees can be organized into teams to facilitate cooperation and responsibility within a group. Team members can see actions that are due by other members of the team, giving them the ability to assist others when appropriate.
