Krista Myers has joined Adeptive Software as a customer support representative. In her new role, Myers will draw on her experience in the title and escrow industry to assist customers with their various escrow and accounting related needs. In addition to working directly with customers, she will act as liaison between customers and the engineering team and use her field knowledge to recommend enhancements to advance ResWare™.

Prior to her new role with Adeptive, Myers spent more than ten years as an Accounting Manager at Meridian Title Corporation, an independent title company based in the Midwest. During her time there, she gained extensive knowledge of the title and escrow industry and accounting systems while providing support to employees, coordinating underwriter audits, managing remittances, and assisting with both escrow and financial accounting. She also assisted in the development, implementation, and administration of several software systems, including ResWare™. Myers is currently in the process of obtaining her Certified Public Accountant license and certification.
