In an effort to better equip their customers, Adeptive has formed a strategic alliance with Simplifile, the leader in e-recording services.
The partnership allows users of ResWare™ to electronically record (e-record) documents such as deeds, mortgages, and reconveyances submitted by title professionals, banks, and attorneys through the Simplifile e-recording service. The process in the ResWare™ system is virtually effortless and improves the workflow, thus decreasing overhead costs. Users are automatically notified when the recording has taken place, and are also notified if a recording has been rejected.
